Senior Product Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Operations Analyst to manage and enhance the operational infrastructure of its product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SDLC by auditing tickets to ensure PRDs and business cases are complete
• Own Jira Administration, configuring workflows and managing backlogs for real-time visibility
• Track roadmap adherence and monitor delivery against established timelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role in a multi-product SaaS environment
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira configuration and workflow design
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Omni, SQL) and documentation platforms (Notion)
• Experience using AI tools for workflow automation
• Ability to hold teams accountable and enforce operational standards
