Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director for Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve Semester Planning for Product in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams
• Lead analysis of OKRs, metrics, and data to track product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Drive execution of strategic programs and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the Product org

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in engineering, design, product management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with PDLC operational processes
• 3+ years experience leading Product Operations including Roadmap, Release Management, Product Feedback, and Strategic Planning
• Experience executing large, complex projects with cross-organizational impact
• Experience working in a highly technical domain and a desire to build Product Operations domain competency in colleagues
