Senior Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving product development processes, the remote Senior Product Operations Lead will manage alignment, visibility, and speed across teams while building scalable systems and mentoring product operators to enhance operations within the Growth Team.

Key responsibilities

• Remove roadblocks to product development by solving bottlenecks and streamlining communication
• Gather and analyze large amounts of information to inform platform and launch decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align Growth's planning and drive momentum in shipping value

• Experience in driving complex operational and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
