Senior Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving product development processes, the remote Senior Product Operations Lead will manage systems for alignment and visibility, partner with cross-functional teams, and enhance company-wide processes to support the Growth Team's mission of increasing the number of entrepreneurs on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Remove roadblocks to product development by solving bottlenecks and streamlining communication
• Gather and analyze data to inform platform and launch decisions, while structuring complex operational challenges
• Build systems for accountability and alignment across multiple concurrent projects, while mentoring product operations team members

Required qualifications

• Experience in driving complex operational and strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to design and implement effective processes while managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills for updating executive stakeholders and influencing product teams
• Ability to prioritize strategically and navigate ambiguity effectively
