Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager, New Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and analysis on solar and residential energy technologies to enhance product offerings
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including engineers, operations teams, and OEMs
• Identify new partners and technologies to support strategic hardware initiatives and maintain OEM relationships

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role related to solar or energy efficiency technologies
• Experience in the solar industry is required; familiarity with other home efficiency hardware is a plus
• Ability to analyze technical reports and understand product risks and strengths
• Experience managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional teams
• Contractor's license and/or Electrical license is preferred
