Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join their Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a centralized product roadmap, driving quarterly planning and alignment across teams
• Design and implement a standardized launch readiness process to ensure consistent feature releases
• Build and operate a system to aggregate field feedback into actionable insights for product managers

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role in a software or SaaS company
• Experience in designing and scaling product planning frameworks and operational systems
• Strong analytical skills to define and communicate metrics for product delivery
• Experience collaborating across diverse, globally distributed teams, particularly in US and APAC time zones
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or Productboard
