Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager (Growth & Insights) in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, management, and optimization of the core Product stack and its connection with organizational tools
• Partner with the Data Analytics team to define and evolve the product telemetry strategy
• Assist leadership in defining and tracking strategic metrics that drive the business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Pendo, Snowflake, Segment, and SQL
• Experience implementing and driving strategic planning, particularly with OKR frameworks
• Proven track record of auditing and standardizing complex cross-functional workflows
• Ability to translate raw telemetry data into actionable business narratives
• Experience in managing product data and user engagement strategies
