Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to enable reliable and consistent operations for Product and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate critical incidents across Product and Technology, ensuring effective triage and communication
• Manage end-to-end incident workflows, including security risk assessments and cross-team coordination
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and maintain incident response processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations or related fields
• Proven experience in coordinating incident response in cross-functional SaaS environments
• Experience operating in agile delivery environments; prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferred
• Direct experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence, and proficiency in project management tools
