Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager, New Products/GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap in alignment with company strategy
• Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems to drive scalability
• Establish operating models with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and friction across departments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product operations, product management, or program management, with 3+ years in health tech
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with work management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to build relationships quickly across all levels
