Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Operations Manager to support its Product organization in enhancing operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with product leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity in product work and effective communication of decisions
• Enable product teams by administering key processes, maintaining tools and workflows, and structuring work preparation and tracking
• Continuously improve team operations by identifying bottlenecks and enhancing systems and governance for high-quality product work

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product operations or related field
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC)
• Proficiency in process administration and workflow management
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated capability in identifying operational improvements
