Job Summary
To ensure reliable and consistent operations at scale, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will coordinate incident response, manage end-to-end incident workflows, and facilitate post-incident reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead coordination of critical incidents across Product and Technology, ensuring effective triage and communication
- Manage incident workflows from intake through resolution, including security risk assessments and cross-team coordination
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and root cause analyses, documenting findings and addressing recurring issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, technology operations, or a closely related role
- Proven experience in coordinating incident response and working with technical teams in SaaS environments
- Experience operating in agile delivery environments; prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferred
- Strong proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and experience with incident management tools
