Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Focused on managing a dedicated product module, the full-time remote Senior Product Operations Manager will partner with internal teams to enhance product features, lead strategic initiatives, and optimize processes within the Falcon Complete organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to integrate new product features and enhance operational processes
• Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with engineering groups to address customer pain points and operational challenges
• Manage projects related to technological integrations and process optimizations while defining key metrics for success

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Operations or Product Management role
• In-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike's modules and product offerings
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics definition
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
