Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will manage release operations, optimize product development processes, and analyze key metrics to ensure high-quality product delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve release operations across all products, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines
• Refine product development and release processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, governing Jira workflow standards
• Track and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure reliable product usage data

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or operations
• Proficient in using JIRA for product and engineering roadmap work
• Experience administering Pendo or similar product experience tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in leading process development and change management initiatives
