Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Product Operations Manager, the successful candidate will build and maintain measurement infrastructure for outcome metrics, design a self-serve data layer for product validation, and compile quantitative signals for strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain measurement infrastructure for key outcome metrics, ensuring they are live and credible
• Design and implement a self-serve data layer for product teams to validate their work independently
• Compile quantitative signals for strategic PMs, integrating them with qualitative insights for comprehensive decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, data, or growth analytics within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Proven experience in building measurement infrastructure from low maturity, making foundational architecture decisions
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills, with the ability to manage data pipelines independently
• A track record of defining and tracking outcome metrics in collaboration with product teams
• Ability to present findings that may challenge senior stakeholders' positions, backed by data
