Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving release operations across a developer AI portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will manage cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, and marketing teams while owning the strategy for AI-powered operational systems to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run the release readiness process, ensuring launches are on track and stakeholders are aligned
• Drive the automation roadmap for operational systems that enhance team efficiency
• Define success metrics for systems and iterate based on adoption and impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, design, product management, or product/design operations, or 8+ years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud platform product development lifecycle environments
• 3+ years of experience driving cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, or revenue stakeholders
