Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on managing a dedicated product module, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams to integrate new product features, drive process optimizations, and enhance operational tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to improve Falcon Complete's processes and operations through product and feature integrations
• Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with engineering groups to address customer pain points and operational challenges
• Manage projects related to technological integrations and process enhancements while defining key metrics for operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Operations or Product Management role
• In-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike's modules and product offerings
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics definition
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
