Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Operations Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage the design and refinement of operational systems, prototype AI solutions, and optimize workflows to enhance the effectiveness of the Product & Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine operational systems and AI-enabled workflows for product delivery
• Prototype and test AI and automation solutions to streamline operations
• Audit and optimize R&D processes, implementing scalable improvements and clear operational standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for workflow automation
• Proven track record of building or improving operational systems
• Experience in evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems
• Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools
