Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Operations Manager for a full-time remote position, who will lead improvements in the Product Development Lifecycle and own the product roadmap, ensuring accurate and accessible information for stakeholders while leveraging AI-driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance PM workflows within the Product Lifecycle process to improve velocity and quality
• Own and maintain the product roadmap infrastructure, ensuring data governance and stakeholder visibility
• Facilitate team engagement through planning and coordinating product team events and onboarding experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product operations or related roles within high-growth tech companies
• Extensive experience with Jira/Confluence and familiarity with AI tools
• Proven track record in optimizing product development processes and metrics frameworks
• Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies
