Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product operating system end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, focusing on automating processes and ensuring launch readiness for AI-native products in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product operating system and translate enterprise requirements into actionable product specifications
• Build and run automated intake systems for customer feedback, integrating insights into product roadmap planning
• Ensure launch readiness by coordinating GTM enablement and cross-functional checkpoints for product releases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or a related operational role at a high-growth company
• Strong background in both Product and Engineering, with hands-on experience in AI tools and low-code frameworks
• Proven ability to drive alignment across teams, demonstrating effective communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, including knowledge of pricing, packaging, and sales-cycle mechanics
• Demonstrated capability to prototype and build internal tools and automations independently
