Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will build the data and operating rhythm backbone of the Product organization, defining product metrics, managing dashboards, and analyzing product performance to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish standardized definitions for core product metrics and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary
• Conduct churn and retention analysis, providing actionable insights to inform product strategy
• Run the planning cadence and report on key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, analytics, or management consulting within a B2B software or SaaS environment
• Strong hands-on data skills, including proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Proven experience in building reporting systems and metric definitions that are widely adopted
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems across multiple product lines or verticals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
