Senior Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
Driving operational effectiveness in product development, the full-time remote Senior Product Operations Manager will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to enhance roadmap planning, improve execution of complex initiatives, and establish scalable operational frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Drive planning readiness by identifying gaps and improving cross-functional alignment before development begins
- Facilitate cross-team planning and coordination to reduce execution risk and improve delivery predictability
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into roadmap execution and organizational health
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or related fields within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven experience supporting roadmap planning at scale across product and engineering organizations
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex product initiatives across multiple teams
- Experience designing and scaling operational processes and frameworks
- Technical fluency in tools such as Linear, Jira, and analytics platforms
