Job Summary
Driving operational excellence in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Product Operations Manager will manage product operating rhythms, oversee Voice of the Customer programs, and lead strategic partner initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration and improve product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve product operating rhythms and launch readiness processes
- Manage Voice of the Customer programs to ensure insights inform product shaping and prioritization
- Serve as the internal project lead for strategic partner initiatives, coordinating cross-functional readiness for launches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related B2B SaaS operational role
- Strong understanding of modern Product Operations practices and B2B SaaS partnership operations
- Advanced project and program management skills with experience in coordinating complex cross-functional programs
- Proficiency with Product Operations, analytics, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Power BI
