Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Corporate Data team, the remote-friendly Senior Product Operations Manager will oversee onboarding, training, and enablement processes while collaborating with data team members to enhance efficiency and drive impactful change.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and improve onboarding, training, and enablement assets for new and existing employees
• Collaborate with Data team members to ensure training materials and resources facilitate quick contributions from new hires
• Oversee recruiting processes, including grading assignments and interviewing candidates, to fill multiple positions within six months

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in technical enablement or operations in a high-growth environment
• Experience building and scaling technical training programs for growing teams
• Intermediate skills in SQL and Python, with a data-driven mindset
• Experience identifying KPIs and building automated trackers for measuring outcomes
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple parallel processes effectively
