Senior Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious and highly organized Senior Product Operations Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage operational excellence, elevate cross-functional delivery frameworks, and scale tools that empower the product organization to create world-class financial wellness solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Product to optimize organizational efficiency and support critical product operations initiatives
• Build and evolve frameworks for long-range strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, and capacity planning
• Lead core product operating routines and manage the operational budget for product teams

Required qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD)
• Proficiency in using AI tools for automated reporting and operational productivity
• Experience managing technology vendor relationships and tracking software budgets
• Strong foundational project management skills and ability to coordinate communication across teams
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving environment
