Senior Product Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Owning high-impact operating programs, the full-time Senior Product Operations Specialist will manage Mercury's Product Launch Program, lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program, and enhance PM onboarding while working remotely or from designated locations in the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Mercury's Product Launch Program, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality launches
- Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program, coordinating rotations and enhancing the development experience for early-career Product Managers
- Build and own the onboarding experience for new Product Managers, continuously improving the process based on feedback
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar cross-functional role in a high-growth technology company
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs from concept to execution
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design repeatable operating mechanisms
- Excellent judgment and comfort in ambiguous situations, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans
- A product mindset, approaching internal operations with a focus on user needs and continuous improvement
