Job Summary

Leading backlog ownership on complex engagements, the full-time remote Senior Product Owner will translate product strategies into actionable stories, navigate ambiguity, and mentor other Product Owners while ensuring high-quality delivery across multi-team projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and story quality for complex engagements spanning multiple engineering tracks
• Translate product strategy and roadmap into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria with independence
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to enhance team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on software delivery teams
• 4+ years in a consulting, professional services, or agency environment
• Proven track record of managing complex backlogs across multi-team engagements
• Strong Agile/Scrum practitioner with a focus on backlog quality
• Experience using AI tools as a standard part of the Product Owner workflow
