Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Owner to lead the development of their Optical Practice Management Solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs and customer desires into actionable development plans
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including scrum and kanban
• Previous experience in the healthcare or optical industries is a plus
• SQL Server skills required; familiarity with AWS, Oracle, and JavaScript preferred
