Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRO Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the product strategy to optimize conversion rates, engagement, and user retention
• Analyze user behavior and data to derive actionable insights and optimize onboarding and conversion funnels
• Define CRO requirements and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with CRO experience in a software or tech-driven environment
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodology, and experience running A/B tests
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitors independently
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, ideally with experience in international environments
