Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate to guide software development, including user story creation and sprint planning
• Collaborate with Product Manager on backlog prioritization and manage stakeholder expectations for delivery timelines
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and work with stakeholders to develop and document user stories and functional requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner in collaborative environments
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with relevant systems and a solid understanding of the airline industry
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience managing a product backlog
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse industry stakeholders
• A curious mindset and self-starter attitude with a drive to solve problems and explore new ideas
