Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner to enhance and evolve their Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value through compelling customer experiences
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, creating user stories and prioritizing work to maximize business value
• Engage with customers and users to uncover needs and track key value drivers for product performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
• 5-7 years of relevant business experience, particularly in leading digital experience teams
• Expertise in Agile Product Management and foundational product management tools
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, especially CoPilot AI
