Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead system development efforts and manage product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently leads system development by outlining work in the product backlog and prioritizing based on business value
• Gathers, validates, and prioritizes business and technical needs into a product and feature roadmap
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manages product backlog while representing senior management in decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• Six years of experience making business process recommendations and preparing business cases
• Six years of experience with business process analytics using tools such as Excel and workflow models
• Thorough understanding of business implications, project interdependencies, and system interfaces
• Proven ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical individuals
