Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner, People Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with People Operations and Finance teams to define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for HCM functions
• Drive the product roadmap, deploying new features and improvements that align with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detail business requirements and ensure timely delivery of product features

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with Workday or a comparable HRIS system
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes and compliance considerations
• Experience leading integrations with third-party applications
• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, human resources business administration, or related field
• Experience handling sensitive employee and contractor data
