Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to drive the delivery and evolution of financial products and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned platforms or initiatives
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and delivery predictability
• Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated environments preferred
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Deep experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering with engineering teams
• Strong understanding of sales systems, underwriting workflows, or financial processing systems
