Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner to support their client in managing an enterprise Atlassian-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise SDLC and ITSM platform, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized backlogs and user stories
• Own Agile execution, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination
• Oversee ITSM operations and platform sustainment, ensuring accountability for SLA performance and system stability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, SDLC delivery, or platform management in enterprise or federal environments
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery, including backlog management and sprint execution
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle, including requirements development and deployment
• Hands-on experience supporting ITSM operations such as incident and change management
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
