Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Owner/Atlassian Lead to support federal technology and services in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SDLC Next delivery, focusing on backlog prioritization and user stories
• Oversee ITSM operations and platform sustainment, ensuring SLA adherence and platform stability
• Manage a team of approximately 7, coordinating performance and resource allocation across operations and development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, SDLC delivery, or platform management
• Experience leading Agile delivery, including backlog management and sprint execution
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle and ITSM operations
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
• US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DHA Public Trust Clearance
