Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for capabilities delivered through the Salesforce platform
• Develop strategies to drive end user adoption and maintain the product backlog
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Program Manager
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Certinia
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Proven ability to document requirements and manage project priorities
