Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative Bitcoin infrastructure, the fully remote Senior Product Owner will manage the engineering operating system, oversee backlog hygiene, track delivery milestones, and provide weekly summaries to stakeholders while identifying and closing process gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Manage backlog and delivery tracking across Pogun projects, ensuring clarity and organization
• Provide weekly delivery summaries to leadership, focusing on outcomes rather than ticket-level details
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and maintain KPI dashboards that connect user stories to delivered outputs

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in technical product ownership, delivery management, or technical program management
• Experience managing an engineering backlog at scale using tools like Linear or Jira
• Strong understanding of GitHub, CI/CD, and testing practices
• Technical literacy in Bitcoin, BitVM, Cardano, and cross-chain bridging
• Proficiency in building dashboards using modern AI-assisted tools
