Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Owner will engage with customers to translate business needs into user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure successful product launches in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
• Translate customer needs into well-defined epics and user stories, including requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participate in agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer impact

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product ownership with knowledge of agile/scrum principles
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Strong skills in creating detailed requirements and user stories
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification
