Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive the evolution of Marketplace into a scalable healthcare spend platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Owner will manage product strategy, enhance member engagement, and optimize performance while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Marketplace strategy into a prioritized product backlog and executable delivery plans
• Drive member behavior change and optimize Marketplace performance across key funnel metrics
• Manage the Marketplace backlog, ensuring alignment to high-value outcomes and strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related roles
• Proven experience delivering consumer-facing digital products, preferably in Marketplace or e-commerce
• Experience in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within healthcare or fintech
• Strong expertise in Agile and Lean product delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with AI product management tools and analytics for performance optimization
