Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive platform adoption and deliver actionable insights, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage the enterprise Invoca Call Intelligence platform, overseeing onboarding, operational excellence, and analytics while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner for the Invoca platform, managing the roadmap, operations, and stakeholder engagement
• Lead the onboarding of new business groups, including configuration, setup, training, and adoption support
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards to support business decision-making and ensure data quality and governance

Required qualifications:

• Any product management or technology certification (e.g., Adobe Analytics, PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM)
• 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Capability Management
