Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the BUSY product as a unified system, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage the roadmap for the BUSY Bar and BUSY App, ensuring alignment across hardware, mobile and desktop applications, and integrations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for BUSY Bar and BUSY App while ensuring cohesive functionality across all components
• Transform ideas and feedback into clear product requirements, user flows, and actionable tasks, collaborating with design and development teams
• Monitor user onboarding, activation, retention, and repeat usage to drive product improvements and feature launches

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of hardware and software
• Experience in writing clear product requirements and collaborating effectively with engineers and designers
• Strong judgment in product prioritization and decision-making based on user signals and data
• Familiarity with technical topics such as APIs, integrations, and cross-platform logic
