Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage product strategy execution within the brokerage services domain, focusing on translating business objectives into prioritized backlogs while working in an Agile environment remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand customer and market needs
• Manage the day-to-day direction and output of an Agile team, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Ensure adherence to established product management processes and deliver KPIs related to product delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, or capital markets technology
• Hands-on experience defining requirements for order execution, risk management, or trading infrastructure
• Expertise in trading/securities industry concepts and practices
• Familiarity with distributed event-driven architectures and real-time data processing patterns
