Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive product initiatives in an AI-native delivery environment, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage stakeholder collaboration, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog to ensure efficient delivery of capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and operational needs, translating them into clear epics, user stories, and backlog items
• Own and maintain the prioritized backlog for assigned initiatives, ensuring requirements are clear and ready for R&D execution
• Drive continuous delivery by aligning priorities, validating outputs, and ensuring readiness for release and user adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar business-to-technology delivery role
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and backlog items
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and managing release cycles
• Preferred experience in healthcare, payment integrity, or another highly regulated industry
