Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Passionate about experience innovation, the full-time remote Senior Product Owner will manage and prioritize the retail team backlog, define acceptance criteria for user stories, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously prioritize the retail team backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and development-ready
- Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and confirm readiness for development before sprint commitment
- Lead sprint planning and execution, clarifying requirements and managing stakeholder communication throughout the process
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/SAFe environment
- Hands-on experience with retail/store technology, particularly clienteling or store applications
- Working knowledge of store operations and Client Advisor workflows
- Familiarity with CRM and client-data concepts
- Experience managing backlogs and delivery in Jira
