Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Owning the product roadmap, the fully remote Senior Product Owner will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, manage a detailed backlog, and ensure alignment with customer value and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable product features and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and enhancements
- Lead backlog refinement and coordinate with development teams to ensure efficient delivery and adherence to Agile principles
- Gather and synthesize feedback from business lines to document clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing operations with expertise in managing subservicer relationships
- Proven ability to prioritize subservicer backlogs and resolve servicing-related issues
- Familiarity with servicing system integrations and regulatory requirements
