Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
As the Senior Product Owner for the Empower Loan Origination System, this fully remote position will manage the product roadmap, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure rigorous UAT validation for product deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable product features and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and enhancements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements and coordinate agile ceremonies to ensure efficient development flow
- Gather and synthesize feedback from multiple business lines to document clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and ensure traceability to deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Empower Mortgage/HELOC loan origination systems and its vendor ecosystem
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage backlogs for loan origination systems, including vendor collaboration
- Deep understanding of mortgage/HELOC workflows and compliance requirements
