Job Summary
Driving the strategy for the Advocate Experience, the full-time Senior Product Owner will develop initiatives to enhance conversational experiences through AI-enabled platforms, focusing on customer outcomes and product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Establish long-term strategic direction for products based on consumer insights and business needs
- Define customer outcomes, business impacts, and product roadmaps while identifying new customer needs
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to release, utilizing data to drive outcomes and pivot as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product management and technology platform product experience
- Experience with large matrixed organizations
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills aligned with an OKR-based approach
- Track record of connecting digital experiences with key results
