Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner for their Global Philanthropic Engagement fundraising development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Agile development team, breaking down features into user stories and prioritizing and managing those stories within Sprints
• Develop and oversee acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with product vision
• Coach and provide expertise to other staff members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ten years relevant experience in a related field
• Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, specifically agile methodology
• Ability to understand enabler stories and their impact on development efforts
