Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Product Owner, Accounting Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for accounting and finance systems and workflows
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for feature development that enhances engagement and efficiency
• Communicate product priorities and roadmap to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 15 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a global organization
• Significant experience in product ownership or management within accounting systems
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and their connection to technology investments
• Proven ability to operate strategically and tactically, managing both long-term vision and day-to-day delivery
