Senior Product Owner - AI Automation

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and operational transformation, the full-time Senior Product Owner - AI Automation will manage the SDLCNext enterprise Atlassian platform remotely, focusing on backlog prioritization, AI-enabled automation, and platform modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of SDLCNext delivery, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog and user stories
• Implement AI-enabled automation initiatives and redesign manual processes into scalable workflows
• Oversee Jira, JSM, and Confluence governance, ensuring operational scalability and platform optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Enterprise Platform Leadership roles
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflow improvements and operational automation
• Deep expertise with Jira, JSM, and Confluence, including workflows and automation rules
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex stakeholder environments
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain CAC
